MSR Shoot-o-ree 2024

The weekend of September 13-15, 2024 was the annual Cub Scout Shoot-o-ree Campout at Maumee Scout Reservation. A small but mighty group of five scouts and two adult volunteers were proud to represent Troop 148, playing an essential role in the event, serving as volunteers, and helping to lead the weekend's activities.

Throughout the event, our scouts ran various stations, offering instruction on shooting safety and etiquette on everything from from rubber band shooters to BB guns to rifles, and guiding Cub Scouts through an array of exciting outdoor activities!

The weekend was an incredible opportunity for our scouts to develop their leadership skills, bond with their fellow scouts, and create lasting memories for the Cub Scouts attendees. Troop 148 can take great pride in the hard work and dedication shown by all who volunteered, making this Shoot-o-ree an action-packed success!
